Third District Congressman Jason Lewis introduced legislation to alter the structure of the Met Council and Clyde Bellecourt, a founding member of the American Indian Movement, was honored for his five decades of service on the board of the Legal Rights Center. Is it time for some major changes at the Met Council? And how is the Legal Rights Center, born in the struggles of the 1960s, meeting the changing needs of today?
