With the election of Tim Walz as governor and a DFL majority in the Minnesota House of Representatives, progressives have a long list of goals. From criminal-justice reform and gun regulation to climate action and a 21st century transportation system, there just may be room for initiatives that have been long stalled by Republican control of both houses of the legislature.
