Minneapolis’ 13th Ward is by most measures a great neighborhood to live in. Beautiful parks, wonderful shops and restaurants, good schools and friendly neighbors. Bad stuff doesn’t happen here — until it does. City Council Member Linea Palmisano will talk about her work representing the ward in the wake of the tragic police shooting of Justine Damond.
