From Congress to the State Legislature, in big cities and rural and suburban communities, an amazing number of people from under-represented populations have stepped forward to run for public office and take on positions of public leadership. What does this changing of the guard mean for our communities? To find out, TruthToTell talks to three Minnesotans who personify this cultural and generation shift:
