We Minnesotans like to congratulate ourselves on the quality of our public services even as we acknowledge some serious holes in the safety net. TTT explores three issues that threaten the health and welfare of thousands around the state: abuse in Minnesota’s elder care facilities, the continued high cost of prescription drugs, and a proposed work requirement for (some) Medicaid recipients.
